Meetings: Meets as needed at the Town House.
The advisor reviews and monitors all contractual obligations between Comcastand the Town of Dover. Also, he negotiates license renewal at the end of the 15-year contract period and entertains all other interested 3rd party bidder's proposals. Finally, he makes recommendations to the Board of Selectmen, who have the final approving authority.
