The Annual Town Election will be held on June 15, 2020.  As we all try to be safe, and limit our exposure, an Absentee Ballot might be helpful.  Absentee Ballots for this election are available now in the Town Clerk’s Office . A ballot for this election can be mailed to you, if you request one. You can apply with an email message requesting a ballot, but it must be signed; or you can use the application here:  https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/elepdf/2020-Municipal-Early-Ballot-Application.pdf

Fill it out, sign it (it MUST be physically signed; you can take a picture of the signed application and email it), and send it back by mail, email it to fhoffman@doverma.org, or drop it off in the Treasurer’s Box in the semicircle driveway of the Town House . Upon receipt of your application, we will mail a ballot to you immediately. The last day to request a ballot is June 11, 2020, as ballots must be mailed to recipient. Completed ballots must be received in the Town Clerk’s Office by 8:00 PM on Monday, June 15, 2020.  Please call the Town Clerk if you have any questions at 508-785-0032 ext. 226.
