No use of the building will be permitted without completion of request form and payment.
The user will be held responsible for any and all damage to the Caryl Community Center and/or equipment, furniture, etc. therein.
In addition to cleaning the area, the user is responsible for setting up tables, chairs, etc. and then putting them away after use.
An additional fee may be charged for custodial services if user has neglected to set-up, break down, and/or clean up.
Children must be supervised at all times.
A key to the building must be obtained and signed out at the Dover Police Department for rental during weekends, holidays, and times outside of normal operating hours, and the user is responsible for securing the building and returning the key upon conclusion of use.
Access is through the rear door of the building near the parking lot.
When renting a room you are responsible for following Health and Safety guidelines as supported and promoted by the Fire Department, Police Department and Town of Dover which cover the people using the room with you, the building, the room and equipment.
